Milo Makes, a new collection from Emma who writes the chic blog My Little Nutmegs. Each ceramic piece is carefully thrifted then adorned with lovely doodles, which are inspired by her Caribbean childhood and love of the circus & animals. Although most of the items sold are only for decorative use (with a few exceptions) it’s easy to get crafty on how to use the plates, bowls, egg cups, mugs and more. Go check out the rest of the wonderful and expanding line here.

Guest Hunter Lainie Gutterman. She’s a former NYC publicist turned stay at home mom, who is constantly inspired by her adorable 2-year-old son, Ian. So much so that she created Me, Myself, and Baby I during her pregnancy. But before having her baby, she was a founding partner of a Public Relations firm and describes herself as a “natural born publicist.” In addition to writing her own blog, she also contributes to other sites, enjoys scrapbooking, shopping, dining out and getting manicures (who doesn’t?!) – but most of all she loves being a mom.
Be sure to READ ON to find out what is at the top of this savvy gal’s must have list at the moment.

Mini Instagram Stickers
idea from Printstagram! Everyone is sharing their instagram snaps these days (we need to jump on the bandwagon), so who wouldn’t like to have their fabulous photos printed into tiny stickers? So much fun. Love love love!
Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix
it’s not that I’m discovering anything new here, but Bob’s Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix is hands down my new fav. It’s all natural, healthy and is chock full of green and yellow split peas, barley, lentils and little bits of pasta. It does take about an hour to cook, but all you have to do is mix with water (also add any spices you may prefer) and voila you’ve got a really hearty meal. For those soup lovers out there, it’s a must try.

Leni's Book List
are some of my girl’s favorite books at the moment. They’ve become mine as well.
For Just One Day // Opposti // Who’s Hiding // Pantone Colors // A Children’s Zoo// Count the Birdies // City Animals // Subway // Ivan the Terrier//
And this is on my list of books to get.
M-65 Field Coat
it’s back to jacket wearing weather here in NYC, and I’m actually enjoying it. The M-65 Field Coat could certainly get some use in the fall too, layered over this. It comes in a nice range of colors and I’m always on board with clothes that guys and girls can share. Find it here.

Mark McNairy Navy Bucks
classic pair of bucks, and these are just so cool. I mean, anything by Mark McNairy is, but I am happy to see his shoes for us ladies too. These can take you through any season, and anyone of any age can rock these. Lucky for us, he’s also doing a women’s clothing line – I’m such a fan!

Vintage Mid Century Folding Magazine Rack
of reads do you keep in your magazine rack? Unread ones? Trashy ones? Home decor or maybe some books? I keep national geographic, cooking light and popular photography in mine – maybe a little bit of my nerdy side showing through. Anyway, svpply led me to this great Vintage Mid Century Folding Magazine Rack, which resides in this neat etsy shop called Interior Components. Along with this little gem, they’ve got some fine decor worth checking out.

can brighten someones day, they really do liven up a home and surely lift the spirits of someone who really needs it. I always get confused as to which flowers are in season when, however I do know the ones I love most are ranunculus. Lucky for me, they are in season now (from February to May). I did a little digging, and found this guide which is a great reference. After taking a look, it seems that Spring definitely brings about some of my favorite blooms. I’ve got a soft spot for cherry blossoms, sweet pea, lily of the valley and peonies. And what better way to display these flowers than by putting them in here!
All I can say is..
WOW. I never actually tried Bar Gelato by Naia, but if these pops taste as delicious as they look in this photo, then I’m sold. I love a treat in the evening and this Italian frozen dessert is made with milk (rather than cream) so it has more flavor with fewer calories – which might leave me feeling a bit less guilty with my indulgence. They have unexpected flavors like grapefruit sorbetto, blue bottle coffee, numi jasmine and st. george single malt whiskey. Hoping to pick some up next trip to Whole Foods, fingers crossed!
