I took knitting lessons. Something I really enjoyed but life took over and my half knit sweater is, well, still half knit. I’ve entertained the thought of classes on more than one occasion, but for whatever reason, it has yet to work out. Wool and the Gang might be the answer. It’s a very cool company started by two women who were over mass consumption and wanted to share the importance of traditional values while still being fun and have an edge with their kids. They have an online shop where you can buy handknit items from 100% Peruvian Wool for women, men, children, animals, the house, and more. In addition, they have kits that are for all levels, seriously, there’s a dropdown on the site that allows you to select from beginner to experienced. Not to mention, video help for even the most basic, like how to do a knit stitch! To sum it up, this brilliant concept is a great way to get back into a worthwhile pastime. Check out the Gang everyone!
