The farmer’s market..
at the Renegade Craft Fair was filled with colorful veggies, fresh fruits, local honey and yummy snacks. My personal favorite were the radishes. Their vibrant color made me just want to nibble on one right on the spot! Not to mention, radishes have folic acid, potassium, ascorbic acid and plenty of vitamin B6. Really, what’s not to like? Here are a few recipes using the healthy root veggie as the main ingredient:
