a fan of Rae Dunn’s work for a while now.. I first came across her pieces at a store Nahcotta, a great home store in Portsmouth, NH. It’s simple, sweet, and until a few months ago, I had a real hard time finding it online – THEN I found her shop on Etsy!
According to her bio, her work is influenced by the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi, the beauty of things imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete. She builds everything by hand and no two pieces are the exact same.. makes me love her work even more!
